DELIVERY POLICY

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock by the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United Arab Emirates. Any delivery outside UAE is not available at the moment.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to fulfill your order within the given period.

Please note that we do not ship on Sundays & Public holidays.

4. Delivery Charges

Free Delivery is provided for all orders above AED 100 and AED 30 delivery fee will be charged for any orders below AED 100. A service charge of AED 15 will be charged for cash on delivery.

To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once on the checkout screen, the delivery charges will be displayed. Additional delivery charges may apply to remote areas. You will be advised of any additional charges before processing the order.

5. Damaged Items in Transport

If there are any faults or missing items, you must inform us as soon as possible.

In case of faulty products, any damaged item should not be thrown away.

To raise a Return or Replace Request: Kindly log into your account- go to ‘Account’ dashboard – select ‘Purchase History’ – select the order - click ‘Return’ or ‘Replace’ against the product- fill in necessary details, attach photo as proof of the damage and send it to us. We will inspect the issue and get back to you.

6. Cancellation of Order

Log in to your account - go to ‘Account’ – select ‘Purchase History’ – select the order you wish to cancel - click ‘Cancel Order’ & follow the procedure to cancel an order.

Your refund will be initiated as soon as our Customer Service team receives your Cancel request. We will issue a refund onto the original mode of payment which will be processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on the issuing bank of the card. You can also opt for a store credit option during cancellation, which will be issued as a redeemable coupon code.

Your order can be canceled any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that a delivery charge of AED 30 will be deducted from you if your revised order amount after cancellation goes below AED 100. You will receive your updated invoice via your registered email.

For canceled orders, paid via card payment, a processing fee will be deducted at the time of refund. The processing fee will vary depending on the order amount.
