Cocoa butter colourings are suitable for colouring chocolate products and other fatty masses. Colourings for pastry can be applied in three different ways. For small decorations, apply pure butter with a brush directly on the surface you want to colour. It is also possible to dilute it with 50% white chocolate and spray it with a hot gun, thus obtaining an original velvet effect. Alternatively you can spray the colouring inside moulds for pralines or hollow products. When melted at 30? C, this colouring for butter gives the product a spotted, snow, drops or orange peel effect. Capacity: 200g. Colour: Orange.
