Martellato's liposoluble powder colourings and colourings for cake design are intended for use on chocolate, white chocolate, cream, sugar paste, butter, modelling paste and almond paste. Directions for use: the colouring is soluble in alcohol (recommended). The product can be applied directly on the surface of chocolate, without being dissolved, with a brush or the fingers, thus giving a pearled effect. For colouring the surface, use the powder mixed with liquid shellac: in this way, the colouring will adhere perfectly.Not being soluble in water, it is advisable to dissolve these colourings with other fats like butter, margarine, etc. and then pour them in the mixture. The product can be poured directly into melted chocolate. Capacity: 25 gr. AZO free (Oil Soluble). Colour: Luster Gold.
