Chocolake Couverture Chocolate Callets are easy-to-melt chocolate drops that retain the unique signature taste of the Chocolake couverture range. They come in a rich brown color and melt at temperatures between 27 to 29 degrees Celsius. The product has a shelf life of 12 months. To preserve freshness, store these callets in a cool, dry place within the temperature range of 22 to 24 degrees Celsius. Please note, this product contains dairy (lactose) and might have trace amounts of hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, and sesame seeds. It is produced in Jordan.
