Three forms of leche, or "milk," are poured over a baked cake to create its signature indulgence. Vizyon Tres Leche Cake mix make it easy to create this special milk dessert. Finish the dessert by topping with Caramel Cold Glaze. Milky, light and delicious Tres Leches, exclusive by Vizyon! Fine soft textured milk cake. Package: 1kg packet. Directions for Use: Vizyon Tres Leches Mix 1000 g Egg 500 g Water 200 g Total Weight 1700 g Oven Temperature Deck Oven: 1800C Convection Oven: 1600C Baking Time 30 - 35 min. For sherbet: Liquid Whipping Cream 2000 g Milk 2000 g Total Weight 4000 g Mix Vizyon Tres Leches Mix with egg and water for 1 min. slow then 5 min. faster. Pour into trays and bake in convection/deck oven according to the temperature and time detailed. After cooling, make portions and pour Vizyon Liquid Whipping Cream mixed with cold milk on Tres Leches cake. Pour Caramel Sauce directly or dilute with water as desired. (optional) Cover whole surface with palette knife.
