Biologically inert, tasteless, and imperceptible to the palate, Gold Chef edible gold and silver leaf is a high-quality Italian product made exclusively with pure gold and silver, responsible and certified by TUV Rheinland. Gold Chef gold and silver products are also certified for use in kosher cuisine. Store in a cool and dry place, and seal each package carefully after each use. Gold shelf-life: 10 years from the date of production; silver shelf-life: 3 years from the date of production. Used also to cover cakes and desserts of any kind. The leaf is placed on tissue paper that facilitates and speeds up its grip and application.
