Instructions for use: To be added to the mass of the product. As they are not water-soluble, there is less risk of the color running to the other parts of the same product. They can be used to color food coatings or fillings, chocolates, hard sweets, candies, sugared almonds, chewing gums, etc.
Preservation: The container must be closed after use, keeping it in a fresh dry place. In these conditions, the shelf life is 5 years.
PLEASE NOTE: The whitening powder of Calcium Carbonate pigment is substantially lower than Titanium Dioxide and it is not as white as TiO2. We recommend a dose of 2-4% in order to obtain similar results, but as mentioned, it is not as white as titanium and has an ivory color effect.
